• Resolving quality problems discovered as a result of logistics (wrong reference delivered), in production (error in manufacture), or related to transport (damaged packaging)
• Work with suppliers to attain ZERO defects.
• Analysis using quality documents: 8D, 5 whys, Risk analysis.
• Anticipation of potential risks related to modifications of drawings or specifications relating to a supplier
• International communication and liaison with suppliers and internal communication with you production and customer quality departments.
